Project information
In the beautiful Noordwijk aan Zee, just steps away from the sea a luxury accommodation called "Roozen Residence" is realised. The residence is located at the intersection of Rembrandtweg and Sole Miopark and it is surrounded by several existing homes. In order to carry out the excavation in a safe manner, it is therefore necessary that a closed cofferdam is realised. Because of the environment, it is necessary to work with a method that is vibration-free and with low-noise. The CSM system lends itself perfectly to this situation. The dune sand from Noordwijk, is well suited to mix it with the CSM-system.
